This blissful 90 minute extended practice will focus on Spring movement; getting light on our tip toes with vinyasa, restorative yin to get rooted back into your peaceful centre, breathwork and deep supported rest. Come and create some precious space for yourself to feel, nurture and release. All energy levels, abilities and moods are welcome.
