Come and join me for a wholesome Friday night Yin. This evening is for anyone looking for the ultimate wind down, deep rest and decompress after a busy week. Yin is a practice for everybody and a place where you can re-ground and re-connect back to your peaceful centre. Come and down regulate your nervous system and experience the magic for yourself.
